Heritage Days: Visit and touch the Verviers cemetery

The Heritage Days aim to make heritage accessible to all. For its 36th edition, the European Heritage Days in Wallonia are more inclusive than ever. Whether you have reduced mobility, are deaf or hard of hearing, blind or partially sighted, or have difficulty understanding, this year's event has been designed with you in mind. Once again this year, the Heritage Days brochure features over 280 activities. What's on at Verviers ?

Verviers has an inexhaustible remembrance link in its cemetery. In this park, a museum of stones, the religious and philosophical divisions of Verviers society in the 19th century can still be found. This will be an opportunity to see the life of the people of that era through the interstices of death, to approach the invisible through the visible. To touch, even without seeing...
